RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from the day it was received. Merchandise must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and resalable with original tags and packaging. If items are not received in resalable condition they will be returned at the customer's expense. Refunds will be given on merchandise only. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. We will cover shipping on exchanges one time only. After the first exchange, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

If we have sent an item(s) in error, we will reimburse your return shipping expenses and replace the item(s) at no additional charge.

*Restocking fees may apply under special circumstances.

Warranty or Defective Merchandise:
All merchandise is warranted against manufacturer’s defects. Please call us at 1-800-456-7013 (press option 2) if you believe the merchandise you received is defective. Our staff is well trained
and extremely helpful when dealing with these types of issues. If merchandise is deemed defective we will promptly replace the item or issue a refund.
